i really enjoyed my stay, especially how easy it was to walk to parks like marshall park just under 3 km away and find delicious local restaurants within a short stroll, including takara 88 only a few steps from the hotel.

Consider requesting room cleaning on specific days if you desire more consistency, as housekeeping can be sporadic during your stay.

the staybridge suites has its moments, like the clean facilities, but the housekeeping was absolutely sporadic, making beds only once in eight days? Good luck with your cleanliness standards! and breakfast on paper plates with plastic cutlery, just glamorous. i woudl ve loved a room upgrade for all the trouble but just couldn’t get it, can we say disappointment?

The heated pool was fantastic for our kids!

Our room was a disaster! We had significant issues with the lack of housekeeping. the beds were only made once in eight days! Additionally, toilet roll refills and trash emptying were neglected, making our stay very uncomfortable. To top it all off, the breakfast was repetitive, served on paper plates, and with plastic cutlery, which was just plain odd.

I had a great stay during my visit to this hotel. My previous experience at staybridge suites was good, but this time the extra living room space and the nice breakfast options were standout features. I really enjoyed the easy access to local restaurants and the overall comfort of my room.

the air conditioning didn't work properly.

The spacious two-bedroom suite comfortably accommodated five people with the convenience of two bathrooms. However, the air conditioning was ineffective, making the nights uncomfortable due to heat. Additionally, there was an unsightly patch of black mold above one of the vanities, raising hygiene concerns. Despite these issues, the hotel's friendly staff and the great location made it easy to explore local dining options.

We loved our stay, especially the variety at breakfast and the complimentary beverages on select nights. It was great to have the indoor pool for the kids to enjoy, and we took advantage of the easy access to several fab local restaurants. My fiancé and I had a lovely time exploring the area.

My children wished for better housekeeping services during our stay.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to parks and local breweries! The spacious suite allowed us to enjoy home-cooked meals, and the complimentary breakfast had a decent variety of options. Staff was genuinely helpful and went out of their way to assist us.

our check-in was a bit rough , as our room wasn't ready on time. super friendly staff and they offered a free shuttle to nearby places, very convenient. loved the laundry facilities and the nice outdoor patio space!

i had a fantastic stay at staybridge suites! the queen studio was spacious, complete with a fridge and a/c. it’s also super close to some small lakes with great nature trails. Breakfast was a standout. the staff serving it were really nice and attentive.
